when i decided to resign from my post as vp/gm at sony, i was inspired by the title of a book i heard about: "feel the fear and do it anyway" -- i never get around to reading the book but the title was enough to assure me that what i was about to do was scary and that was ok -- i'd like to think that's what trapeze artists experience -- it's not that they lack of fear but they take action in the face of it!

Having just performed a leap of faith at my employer, this post (and wonderful illustration) was exactly what I needed right now. Thank you for your witty insights into the corporate landscape! :)
