Good luck with your talk Tom!

I think that this is absolutely correct:

"Cartoonists have to find new ways to go to market by necessity, but it's important to question your go-to-market approach for any form of innovation. Most new products every year are launched the same well-worn way as everything else."

And it's not just new products - it's new services and new processes too. I'm coming to think that every innovation also requires an innovative business model to go with it...

Wow! Can you imagine what those original "Life in Hell" comics must bring now?

I remember sneaking in my big brother's room when I was a kid to read them. I've never seen an "original" though.
